What is this role?

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for communications with customers including coordination of repair services at A.LAB, an Apple Authorised Service Provider.

The successful candidate will have a collaborative and friendly work style, be exceptionally well-organised, able to effectively multi-task & prioritise and take initiative.

What you can expect to do?

  • Monitoring and responding to calls, emails, and WhatsApp Business chats

  • Contact customers for repair services including remote diagnostics, part ordering and payment verification

  • Management of customer appointments

  • Compliance with workplace safety and security

  • Liaise with supervisor on customer feedback

  • Other duties and special projects as assigned

What are we looking for?

  • 1 year customer service experience (Preferred)

  • Aptitude to quickly learn basic technical concepts and communicate to technical & non-technical audiences

  • Experience with macOS, iOS (Preferred)

  • Ability to work in a high-growth, fast-paced environment

  • Strong organisational, analytical, and time management skills

  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and prioritise effectively

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • High attention to detail

  • Knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Produce work with a high level of accuracy

Work Hours

Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, excluding public holidays
