Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Main point of contact for existing clients (Japanese restaurants), ensuring prompt and professional service.
- Manage client inquiries, orders, and requests, coordinating with sales coordinator and warehouse team for seamless service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently to maintain high client satisfaction.
- Process orders accurately.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business or related fields.
- Preferably 1 year of experience in client servicing, account management, or customer support.
- Preferably those with prior experience in F&B.
- Those without experience but have interest in F&B Sakes and willing to learn are welcome to apply.
- Comfortable with face to face interactions with clients to build relationships.
- Comfortable working in industrial area.
Other information:
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Location: Tanjong Penjuru (Company's shuttle bus provided at Jurong East MRT)
- Entitled to AWS and Performance bonus
