We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrator & Customer Service Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth class registration processes and providing excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage pre- and post-class registration, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
Handle administrative tasks before, during, and after courses, including document preparation and filing.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding payment terms, deadlines, and other inquiries.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding class details, address complaints professionally, and relay feedback to management.
Maintain organized records and ensure accurate data entry of customer and sales information into the system.
Provide general administrative support to the team to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
Prior experience in administration or customer service is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
