
Customer Service Executive
Position: Customer Service Executive
Working Location: Tampines
Working Hour: 8am - 5pm or 8.30am - 5.30pm (5 Days Work Week)
Salary: $3000
Job Responsibilities:
• As the service ambassador for company, you will identify and address customers' uncertainties.
• You will offer solutions and lend a helping hand in alleviating their concerns.
• Active listening and reassuring voice ensuring policyholders' enquiries handled prompt and professional manner.
• Attend to enquiries on various fronts, effectively maintaining our Contact Centre's high level of accessibility
• Empathize with customers, and offer clear and relevant advice
• Provide policy recommendations and refer customers to client advisers for more comprehensive explanations
• Perform post-case administration for future reference
Job Requirements:
• Min 1 to 2 years’ experience as a receptionist or in customer service role.
• Strong customer orientation and a high level of service attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hardworking, extroverted, and enthusiastic about engaging with people.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and data entry skills.
