To assist the Manager in the implementation of Customer Service Tasks and Duties:
Receive and attend to customer’s enquiry, feedback and complaints.
Analyze customer’s request, complaints, channel to relevant staff for follow-up action, and ensure all cases are attended to promptly.
Monitoring and report on Customer survey and feedback.
Organization of Company’s functions and community activities, general office correspondence and responding to customer’s requests.
Preparation, explanation, negotiation, monitoring and maintenance of Security Services Agreement.
Attend to and manage customers’ request for Rate Reduction.
Attend to and manage customers’ termination notice, salvage of accounts and handling all issues including dismantling, compensation etc.
Managing tenants of multi-tenanted buildings including incoming and outgoing tenants, promotion of our service to the tenants.
Implementation of customer service and appreciation program:
Development and maintenance of customers' data for implementation of feasible customer service program in the ERP systems.
Maintenance and monitoring of Company's Web-site , Digital marketing platform to existing subscribers and business associates.
Follow up attendance to customers' request from Web-site.
