Job Description

  • Manage e-commerce website and online marketplaces, including creation of new and updating existing product listings, ensuring information are consistent across all platforms.
  • Management and processing of sales orders / customer inquiries / complaints / feedback
  • Manage key account customers' expectations for any enquiries
  • Coordinate with and provide support to respective departments.
  • Work with the operations team on operations issues, resolve service issues highlighted and ensure that customer's performance measurements are met.
  • Involve in social media, digital advertising, e-commerce platforms
  • Handle customer relations (online & offline), manage enquiries across all touch points and assist with order fulfilment.
  • Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Working knowledge & experience of e-commerce platform/systems, both front-end & back-end (eg. Lazada, Shopee, Shopify, Tiktok, etc.)
  • Preferably with at least 1-2 years relevant experience
  • Proficient in graphic design software and video editing software
  • Digital savvy and passion for digital marketing and e-commerce
  • Good verbal and written communications skills and interpersonal skill
  • Creative, detail-oriented and result-oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Able to converse in English and Mandarin

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
