Job Description
- Manage e-commerce website and online marketplaces, including creation of new and updating existing product listings, ensuring information are consistent across all platforms.
- Management and processing of sales orders / customer inquiries / complaints / feedback
- Manage key account customers' expectations for any enquiries
- Coordinate with and provide support to respective departments.
- Work with the operations team on operations issues, resolve service issues highlighted and ensure that customer's performance measurements are met.
- Involve in social media, digital advertising, e-commerce platforms
- Handle customer relations (online & offline), manage enquiries across all touch points and assist with order fulfilment.
- Any other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Working knowledge & experience of e-commerce platform/systems, both front-end & back-end (eg. Lazada, Shopee, Shopify, Tiktok, etc.)
- Preferably with at least 1-2 years relevant experience
- Proficient in graphic design software and video editing software
- Digital savvy and passion for digital marketing and e-commerce
- Good verbal and written communications skills and interpersonal skill
- Creative, detail-oriented and result-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Able to converse in English and Mandarin
