Develop and implement the commercial strategy to achieve the business plan.
Identify and cultivate relationships with key and new customers to establish a strong core customer base.
Develop contracting and pricing strategy with precise cost estimation to support contract negotiations.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to build comprehensive market intelligence.
Oversee post-contract award management, including credit monitoring and accounts receivable (AR) collection.
Manage customer feedback proactively and ensure timely and effective responses.
Min Diploma in Maritime/Sales & Marketing or other relevant academic qualification.
2 years’ experience working in the marine industry.
Familiar with marine contracts – BIMCO charter party preferred.
