Functional
- Works with the Admissions Counsellor to develop a growth strategy and increase the number of enrolments in the campus.
- Supports the Admissions Counsellor in achieving the monthly admissions targets.
- Conducts research on the local market, competitor offerings, and the profile of prospective parents to understand their needs, and shares insights with the Admissions Counsellor to improve the parent engagement strategy.
- Works closely with the Admissions Counsellor to learn parent engagement strategies and foster relationships with prospective parents.
- Assists in monitoring the offline and online channels for leads and follows up with prospective parents (e.g., one-to-one counselling for offline channels, quick responses to emails and web queries for online channels, telephone conversations, etc.).
- Shares feedback with the Marketing team regarding the quality of leads and effectiveness of marketing strategies.
- Conducts campus tours for walk-in prospective parents.
- Supports and participates in Admissions events, such as Open House and orientation.

- Addresses enquiries from prospective parents.

- Provides guidance to the Admissions Executive during the onboarding process.
Skills Description
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
