Join Little Artists, a 28-year legacy art education powerhouse, as our Business Development Manager. We're seeking an ambitious and strategic thinker ready to turbocharge admissions and launch new revenue streams through high-impact partnerships and bold marketing.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales/Admissions & Lead Management
- Manage and scale lead pipelines; track data and conversion KPIs.
- Personally handle high-value inquiries and ensure swift follow-up with all leads.
2. Customer Retention & Experience
- Analyse churn and implement proactive strategies to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work with teachers and admin to maintain high engagement, strong parent relationships, and consistent feedback loops.
3. Revenue Growth & Strategy
- Drive enrolment aggressively across all programs, with a sharp focus on student retention and conversion from trial to long-term.
- Identify and launch new programs, pricing models, and partnerships to diversify revenue.
- Build alliances with schools, community organizations, embassies, and educational platforms to widen reach.
4. Marketing & Digital Transformation
- Spearhead social media campaigns, digital ad strategy, and content marketing.
- Collaborate with design and academic teams to roll out compelling visuals, reels, and growth hacks.
- Oversee the studio’s digital evolution — from online classes to e-commerce to virtual exhibitions.
5. Leadership & Collaboration
- Inspire and mentor the admin and teaching team to align with business goals.
- Report directly to senior leadership with monthly performance dashboards and strategic inputs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in education, creative, or service industries.
- A track record of achieving aggressive growth targets and launching new initiatives.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
- Dynamic communicator, client-facing confidence, and a sharp commercial mindset.
