About The Role
As the Business Development Manager in Singapore, your responsibilities are to represent ODIN and our service offerings to the communities, focusing on generating leads from our business, community and government partners to create value to strengthen our reputation.
The role is responsible for, including but not limited to:
- Build and enhance relationships with ODIN’s business, community and government partners to generate incremental leads to our mortgage and tax offerings from new and existing partners;
- Attend key business and community events in Singapore and near-by regions to represent ODIN;
- Design and execute marketing strategies and lead-generation activities alongside ODIN’s marketing team;
- Develop and present a business case to the management team, and manage the budget against performance;
Requirements
Below requirements to be met in order for the role to virtually serve Australian expats and foreign investor customers and communities in (but not limited to) Hong Kong, Seoul (KR), Singapore, London (UK), New York (US) and Dubai (UAE). This role requires physical presence in Singapore.
Experience:
- Min. 3 years in business development role(s) in B2C or B2B environments working with international communities;
- Proven experience in the expatriate market or financial service industries, preferably in businesses serving Australians;
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English;
- Strong networking skills with the ability to build rapport and manage high-profile stakeholders in businesses, communities and/or governments;
- Experience in developing a business case, budget management and performance reporting;
- Ability to prioritize and work independently in a face-paced environment;
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field / equivalent.
