DESIGNATION : Assistant Manager/Manager, Impact & Development
RESPONSIBILITIES
This role sits within the Impact & Development department in NVPC's Corporate and Industry Partnerships (CIP) team. CIP aims to develop and support organisations through a national "Company of Good" strategy where Singapore recognises organisations that give back to the country in order to remain competitive.

This role will focus on supporting the team in the design, implementation and evaluation of existing and new initiatives efforts in line with NVPC's overall strategy.
This role will focus on:
a. supporting the design and development of the team's and department's initiatives and projects
b. ensuring the successful implementation and outcomes of some of the team's key events and programmes including structured corporate volunteering programmes, Company of Good Fellowship programme and Chief Changemaker Programme etc
c. providing support in terms of hosting and/or facilitating events that have a strong learning component
d. engaging with our corporate partners (within and outside of the Company of Good network) with the intent to support them on their corporate purpose journey
e. actively coaching and mentoring team mates in their professional growth
QUALIFICATIONS
Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in overseeing and implementing successful events, learning and/or OD interventions of various scale
- Knowledge of the corporate operational environment
- Strong project management ability and able to manage competing priorities in a fast- paced and changing environment
- Strong ability to write and communicate ideas clearly and concisely
- A strong networker who can build strong relationships so as to foster deeper and effective impact
- A team player who believes that every team member can offer their strengths
- Ability to think strategically with attention to details
- Ability to work independently and pro-actively, with the desire to meet business outcomes
