International Market Responsibilities

Franchise Management: Oversee contract renewals and maintain strong relationships with existing franchisees.
Franchise Growth: Identify and attract new franchisees while encouraging existing partners to expand their product offerings, introduce new treatments, and grow their operations.
Logistics Coordination: Work with the Singapore warehouse to facilitate overseas stock ordering and ensure timely delivery.
Training & Quality Control: Coordinate with the training school in Singapore to arrange training sessions for overseas franchisees,including skill upgrades, quality control checks, and launching new treatments.
Administrative & Coordination Duties: Handle all related administrative functions to support international operations.

Local Market Responsibilities

Corporate Sales Development: Identify and develop B2B opportunities, including partnerships with hotels, gyms, and other businesses to supply salon products.
Retail Partnerships: Secure placements in beauty retail chains such as Sephora and Sasa to enhance product exposure.
Corporate Gifting & Events: Promote and sell products as corporate or event gifts to businesses.
Administrative & Coordination Duties: Handle all necessary administrative tasks related to local business development.

Team & Department Management

Train and work alongside the Business Development Executive to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
