The ideal candidate;

  • Identifies opportunities to grow overall business revenue and brand image, through adoption of various marketing mechanisms
  • Actively engages in competitive analysis of market trends in Singapore and Asia, so as to extend strategic business development initiatives
  • Conduct business opportunity research in order to propagate enhanced patronage through launches of new products
  • Establish contacts with players from other companies within the same industry in order to promote franchising opportunities so as to increase the brand outreach locally and within Asia
  • Keep track of latest competitor developments and recommend changes accordingly
  • Build-up and manage a team of business development executives, in order to develop and enhance a networked outreach
  • Establish, develop and execute a Customer Loyalty Program through email, SMS, phone (cold-calling) and social media marketing mechanisms
  • Responsible for developing corporate clientele and negotiating a range of standard & non-standard B2B customer requests
  • Researching organisations to find new customers and identify key decision makers in order to promote services and products
  • Identify, propose, and execute potential business deals such as but not limited to, tender biddings, corporate catering orders and establish partnerships with event management firms
  • Possesses an in-depth understanding of food processing and manufacturing financial costs
  • Experienced with a strong understanding of Google AdWords in order to propagate and monitor marketing initiatives closely
  • Keeps abreast of latest market information in order to better align the business with changing market trends and requirements
  • Follows up on quotation requests so as to facilitate sales growth
  • Forecasting sales targets and ensuring they are met
  • Engaging in up-selling and cross-selling of products and services
  • Actively seek and build a network of commissionable introducers so as to enhance patronage
  • Attend events, conferences and ceremonies in order to identify operational streamline possibilities
  • Preparation of business proposals and offer letters to prospective partners, and collaborators

Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with 4 yrs experience

or

Bachelors In Business Administration(BBA) with 5 TO 10 years of work experience.
