What You'll Do:

•⁠ ⁠Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for the team.

•⁠ ⁠Oversee accounts, invoicing, and budget tracking for projects.

•⁠ ⁠Handle administrative tasks like files, data management and office coordination.

•⁠ ⁠Support our Casting Director/ Manager and team with daily operational needs.

•⁠ ⁠Improve workflows to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re searching for candidates who are ready to learn and grow with us. If you’re motivated, enthusiastic, and have a great attitude, we want to hear from you!

•⁠ ⁠Basic skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

•⁠ ⁠Photoshop or video editing skills are a bonus.

•⁠ ⁠Willingness to learn basic accounting and invoicing procedures.

•⁠ ⁠Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

•⁠ ⁠No prior experience required—just enthusiasm to learn and grow!
