We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to join our team. This role involves providing executive administrative support, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring smooth communication between internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, eager to learn, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive administrative assistance to support business operations.
- Handle general administrative tasks, including documentation and scheduling.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain organized records and ensure accuracy in data management.
- Take initiative in problem-solving and process improvements.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in work.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work well independently and within a team.
- High School diploma required; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary is a plus.
