  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Finance Manager / Accountant

We are looking for an experienced Accountant/Finance Manager to manage the full spectrum of accounting and transaction processing functions in the company.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full spectrum of accounting and transaction processing functions (GL, AP, AR, audit schedules, etc), cashflow management.
  • Experience in consolidation and reporting financial statements for local and overseas.
  • Ensure proper bookkeeping, track all transactions, and perform data entry into the accounting system.
  • Perform day-to-day financial transaction record and bank reconciliation, including verifying, clarifying, computing, posting, and recording data.
  • Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management.
  • Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required.
  • Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement (GST/CIT/etc), audits, procedures, and forms both statutory and internal.
  • Able to perform MAS submission and good knowledge of MAS regulations (Quarterly)
  • Assist in new processes and implementation system when required.
  • Assist with year-end financial audits and the preparation of month/year-end accounts and statutory finance statements.

Requirements and skills

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software (Quickbook)
  • Able to work independently.
  • Perform other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  • At least 5 years in finance experience and related skills.
  • BSc degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Additional certification (e.g. CA) is a plus.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $4,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month
