Job Summary:
The Business Development Director will be responsible for driving the overall business development strategy, identifying high-value growth opportunities, and expanding the company’s market footprint globally.   • Sales & Deal Negotiation: Lead complex negotiations, including contract discussions, pricing models, and partnership agreements. Secure high-value deals and ensure the successful closure of business opportunities.
  • Team Leadership: Provide direction and mentorship to the business development team. Set clear targets, monitor performance, and ensure the team is aligned with company goals.
  • Travel & Client Engagement: Travel domestically and internationally as required to meet with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders. Cultivate and maintain relationships through regular face-to-face interactions.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscapes. Provide insights to senior management and adjust strategies based on evolving market dynamics.
  • Financial Performance & Reporting: Manage the business development budget, monitor the ROI on new business initiatives, and provide regular reports to senior leadership on progress, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and leverage internal resources to maximize growth opportunities.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or senior management roles. Proven track record of successfully driving large-scale revenue growth, securing major deals, and leading teams.
  • Extensive Network: Strong existing network of industry contacts and business relationships. Ability to leverage these connections to open doors and close deals.
  • Global Business Acumen: Experience with international market expansion, including travel and engagement in diverse regions.
