What you will do:
- Support and manage M&E contractors and end users during the tender process, influencing specifications and securing orders for LV Switchboards/Transformers/Busduct
- Take ownership of contractor/end-user accounts, developing customer loyalty and building trust
- Develop and implement effective strategies to generate a project pipeline from M&E contractors and end users
- Ensure compliance with customer service standards and maintain proper customer relationship management
- Provide clear and accurate reporting of all project opportunities to management
- Promote, influence, and prescribe Fuji SMBE and value-add solutions to maximize the chances of success during the tender stage
- Manage the pipeline of opportunities to be tendered with the account, ensuring that Fuji SMBE has the right capacity and competency to meet the demand, in collaboration with relevant internal stakeholders.
- Act as the single point of contact between the account team and the customer during the offer preparation, ensuring timely submission while adhering to company project processes
- Ensure the commercial and technical solutions offered meet the customer’s key success criteria (price, lead time, consistency with previous offers, etc.), while addressing local specifics (tax regulations, local laws, etc.)
- Work with Finance, Contract Management, Tax, etc. to oversee the position taken on contractual, tax, and financial aspects
- Lead and oversee the overall risk assessment and mitigation plans
- Maintain constant communication with the internal team to ensure the offer being prepared meets key success criteria
- Lead the internal tender review and approval process before submitting the offer to the customer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in Sales and Business Development
- Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with M&E contractors, consultants, and end users
- Prior experience in account management with the ability to work independently
- Experience with MNC matrix organizations is preferred
- Experience in a data center environment is a strong advantage
- Previous experience working with or selling to marketing departments and end users
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team
