About The Job

With minimum 5 years related industry (consulting, digital, agency) experience, you have a solid foundation of how the agency works and able to develop new leads as well as maintain a good relationship with existing effectively. You are able to form strong client relationships at the mid-to-high level. Key Responsibilities

  • Explore and generate new business opportunities using different channels to achieve company sales, profit targets.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets for the sales division in SEA.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, creative, and partnership to ensure the timely delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and generate new business leads.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and accurately forecast revenue.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proven track record and at least 5 years relevant experience in sales and related industries ( consulting, digital, agency)
  • Have a good understanding of the marketing/branding/PR.
  • Energetic and well-organized, and appreciates strong team work
  • Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English. Mandarin or any additional SEA languages is a plus
  • Proficient in MS office applications
  • Passion and pride in driving great work, strong work ethic, reliable and mature
