Responsibilities:
- Formulate annual sales budget and monthly sales target
- Review business results and set KPIs
- Develop and implement new business strategy to expand current market
- Devise strategies to complement sales efforts in expanding current clients ‘s base and securing new business
- Develop and sustain robust relationship with distributors and partners
- Responsible for Company’s business development and sales growth
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering or related discipline
- At least 10 yrs working experience in regional sales
- Must possess good product knowledge of white goods
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Excellent credentials in selling and strong business acumen
- Good customer contacts, energetic, result oriented and analytical
