Overview:

We are a regulated crypto exchange undergoing rapid growth and international expansion. As a TA Partner, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to source, attract, and close top talent while driving a fast, efficient, and data-driven hiring process that supports our global scaling efforts.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in recruitment, either in an agency or in-house environment.
  • Agency: Strong billings or other measurable achievements.
  • In-house: Consistent closures of key roles with demonstrated metrics.
  • Strong skills in requirement gathering and role understanding.
  • High-speed execution, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Excellent prioritization skills, focusing on what matters most.
  • Self-starter mentality with strong ownership and initiative.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms, and a keen eye for identifying top talent.
