Job Description
- Assist in the development and execution of campus recruitment initiatives, ensuring alignment with company hiring needs.
- Plan, coordinate, and attend university career fairs, networking events, on-campus interviews, and employer branding activities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for schools, students and recent graduates, providing information on job opportunities, application processes, and career pathways within the company.
- Support the administration and management of internship and entry-level talent programs, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience.
- Providing administrative support by maintaining reports and assisting in recruitment operations, ensuring smooth candidate hiring processes and contributing to Talent Acquisition-related projects.
- Assist in creating campus recruitment marketing materials, social media content, and presentations to enhance employer brand visibility among students.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent working experience
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, campus hiring, or HR coordination.
- Highly organised, meticulous and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms will be a plus
- Adaptable, and thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
