Talent Acquisition Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement international talent recruitment strategies in line with the company's development strategy.
- Expand and maintain overseas recruitment channels, with a focus on the Singapore and Hong Kong markets.
- Manage the recruitment process to ensure its efficient operation.
- Analyze market dynamics and competitor situations to provide recruitment strategy recommendations.
- Report work progress to the Recruitment Director and assist in refining the overseas recruitment system.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of international recruitment experience, with English as a working language.
- Proven recruitment market insight, especially with in-depth knowledge of the Singapore and Hong Kong markets,as well as Southeast Asian market.
- Familiarity with functional recruitment delivery processes. Experience in medium-to-large financial or internet companies is advantageous.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, capable of maintaining high efficiency in high-pressure environments.

Pay: $127,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
