  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

You’ll collaborate with hiring managers, optimize recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Using HR analytics and industry best practices, you’ll help build a diverse and impactful workforce that aligns with our mission.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and refine job descriptions.Utilize an applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage recruitment data and streamline the selection process.Proactively source, engage, and assess talent, with a strong focus on individuals from diverse and marginalized communities.Develop talent pipelines for people with disabilities (PWD) and underrepresented groups globally.Identify effective and innovative recruitment strategies to attract top candidates.
Maintain strong communication with candidates and ensure a seamless hiring experience.Use HR analytics to track recruitment metrics and provide data-driven insights.
Conduct research on hiring trends and best practices to improve recruitment strategies.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources is preferred
  • Three years of direct recruiting experience managing all phases of the process
  • Proactive sourcing tactics and substantial initiative
  • Excellent time management abilities and a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience in managing ATS (preferably JazzHR).
