Job Description
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company growth objectives.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and foster a collaborative work environment.
Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for business expansion.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and a client-focused approach.
Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Work closely with the credit and compliance teams to ensure lending practices meet regulatory standards.
Set realistic sales targets and implement a tracking system to monitor progress.
Ensure all lending practices comply with Singapore’s regulatory guidelines. Prepare monthly and quarterly sales performance reports and present insights to senior management.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions.
Job Requirement
More than 5 years of relevant experience with a proven track record in a financial or lending environment.
Prior experience in team management or sales leadership is preferred.
Knowledge of Singapore’s lending regulations and compliance standards.
Ability to inspire and drive a team to achieve sales goals and targets.
