  • Oversee daily sales operations for channels, including mass merchandisers, independent dealers, and wholesalers.
  • Lead the distribution team in dealer sell-out, inventory management, channel profitability, stock aging, and accounts receivable/payable (AR/AP).
  • Manage the distribution budget effectively achieve set objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless operations.
  • Drive process improvements and implement changes to boost operational efficiency.
  • Conduct detailed business analytics by channel and product to optimize profitability.
The Talent
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in channel sales.
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge in consumer electronics industry would be an advantage.
