Position: Channel ManagerWe are looking for a Channel Manager (based in Greater China or SEA) to build and grow partnerships across Greater China or South East Asia. This role involves working closely with partners to ensure they are fully enabled, technically competent, and motivated to drive business success. Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage strong relationships with partners to drive sales and business growth.
- Ensure partners understand Finda Cloud’s value proposition and have a clear place for our solutions in their portfolio.
- Work with internal teams (Marketing, Sales Engineers, Customer Success, Territory Managers) to support partner success.
- Deliver training and enablement programs to enhance partner capabilities.
- Drive engagement through new and existing partner programs.
- Monitor partner sales forecasts and provide insights on potential opportunities.
- Ensure partners adhere to sales processes, deal registration, and other operational requirements.
- 3+ years of experience in channel management, sales, or business development, preferably in the SaaS or cloud industry.
- Understanding of SaaS business models and partner-driven sales strategies.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Experience with HubSpot and Google Workspace applications is a plus.
