About the Role

We are looking for a driven and outgoing Sales & Marketing Executive to grow our customer base and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. This role involves door-to-door sales, cold calling, and email outreach to acquire new customers, while also ensuring excellent rapport with our current clients. Additionally, as the key person on the ground, you will gather valuable market insights to help improve our sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct door-to-door sales, cold calls, and email outreach to acquire new customers
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Act as the main point of contact for inquiries, follow-ups, and account management
  • Gather and analyze on-the-ground market feedback to identify trends and opportunities
  • Work closely with the internal team to align sales efforts with marketing strategies
  • Keep track of customer interactions and maintain an updated sales database
  • Assist in executing promotional campaigns and other marketing initiatives

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, business development, or customer relations is a plus
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in cold calling and direct selling
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to different customer interactions
  • Ability to conduct basic market surveys and provide insights
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (preferred)

Pay: From $2,000.00 per month

License/Certification:
