The Sales Manager is to achieve revenue targets and drive growth for the organization. This position requires strategic thinking, the ability to create and execute effective sales plans.

Principal Accountabilities

  1. Strategy development: Develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  2. Business development: Identify new business opportunities locally and regionally, and develop relationships with key clients and partners.
  3. Sales forecasting: Analyze market trends and customer data to forecast sales revenue and develop sales projections.
  4. Budgeting and financial management: Develop and manage sales budgets, including forecasting revenue and expenses, to ensure profitability.
  5. Customer relationship management: Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, respond to their needs and concerns, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  6. Sales performance analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance, including tracking key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement, and making strategic adjustments.
  7. Reporting and communication: Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and other key metrics.
  8. Collaboration: Work closely with product and process group to define opportunity and demo application. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment and integration across the organization.
  9. Any other ad-hoc duties / projects as assigned by Manager

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering discipline
  • Min. 8 years of sales experience with proven track record of success as a local or regional sales
  • Experience in semiconductor and semiconductor equipment industry a must
  • Knowledge of market trends, sales strategies, and customer needs preferred
  • Experienced with MS Office, especially MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Experienced with sales forecasting tools, and sales pipeline management

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
