Oversee daily restaurant
operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability
Recruit, train, staff
schedule and manage staff to deliver exceptional customer service
Inventory monitoring, manage
suppliers, and control costs to meet budget goals
Enforce health, safety, and
hygiene standards in compliance with regulations
Handle customer feedback and

Requirements:
Proven experience (min 3-5
years) as Restaurant Manager or in similar leadership role
Sound knowledge and
understanding of restaurant management, including financials and inventory
control
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, problem solving and organizational skills
Ability to work in a
fast-paced environment and handle multiple task efficiently
Familiar with POS systems and
basic accounting principles
Flexibility to work weekends
and holidays
