- Implement sales strategies to increase revenue while controlling operational costs.
- Optimize inventory management to minimize waste and ensure cost efficiency.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty.
- Work with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns, both online and offline.
- Work with HQ and local teams to analyze market trends and adjust business strategies accordingly.

- Minimum 10 years of experience as a restaurant manager, preferably in the Western cuisine sector.
- Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills.
