RESTAURANT MANAGER

Work Hours: Monday to Saturday, 12–3 pm and 6–10 pm
Roku Omakase seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee overall restaurant operations, driving excellence in customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and team management.
The Restaurant Manager will take complete control over all operational responsibilities at Rokusake Bar SG, ensuring the highest standards of customer experience, food quality, and service.
Reporting to the Director, this role will also assist Director in developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:
` Drive revenue growth and profitability through innovative marketing initiatives, customer engagement, and operational efficiencies.
` Optimize restaurant workflows, managing inventory, labor costs, and customer satisfaction.
` Foster a positive, high-energy restaurant culture, promoting excellence, continuous improvement.
` Ensure exceptional customer experiences through service quality, food presentation, and ambiance.
` Assist in developing and executing business strategies, aligning with the restaurant's vision and objectives.
` Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating optimal contracts and ensuring timely deliveries.
` Maintain impeccable restaurant standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and quality control.
` Engage customers, and drive restaurant traffic
Technical Skills and Competencies:
` Proven track record as a F&B Manager, Restaurant Manager, Assistant GM, or equivalent in preferably a Japanese restaurant environment.
` Experience with revenue growth strategies, and cost control.
` Experience with menu engineering, pricing strategies.
` Experience with kitchen operations, inventory management and cost control.
` Strong leadership and communication skills.
` Knowledge of digital marketing and/or loyalty programs is an advantage.
` Conflict resolution, negotiation skills.
` Familiarity with Singapore's f&b industry, including relevant laws and regulations.
