Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm); Saturday (8:30am - 3pm)

Job Scope:
Client Support and Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, addressing their daily inquiries and requests
Order Management and Coordination:
Oversee and process client orders, ensuring accuracy and prompt delivery
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, logistics, production) to meet customer needs
Issue Resolution:
Handle client complaints or concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfactory resolutions
Client Feedback and Reporting:
Collect and communicate client feedback to relevant internal teams to drive continuous improvement
Collaboration and Cross-Department Communication:
Partner closely with the sales and account management teams to ensure alignment on client strategies
Work with other departments (e.g., finance, logistics, product development) to address client-related issues
