Key Account Sales Executive

As we make our international debut, we are looking a team member to join us in expanding our hydration brand footprint in the Asia Pacific region.
Designation: Executive, Sales (Servicing Key Account Channels)
Job Purpose:
To promote Health Supplement Drink products to the targeted key account channels, driving business growth and nurturing client relationships.
Job Duties:
- Sales strategy development: Create, implement, and oversee sales strategies to meet sales targets.
- Team support: Assist the sales team with sales, marketing, and promotional activities.
- Communication Management: Ensure effective communication with internal teams and external customers regarding promotion, pricing changes, policies, and new product displays.
- Process Improvement: Regularly review and enhance sales processes and develop strategic plans to boost sales.
- Client Interaction: Plan and conduct productive client visits.
- Issue Resolution: Handle complaints and delivery issues, providing weekly feedback on sales operations, competitor activities, and market insights.
- Market Analysis: Identify new business opportunities and present market trends to the sales team.
- Reporting: Assist in preparing weekly and monthly sales reports for management meetings.
- Additional Duties: Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Degree/ Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business, or relevant fields.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in Sports/health & wellness industry.
- Prior experience working in the Sports/Health setting. Passion for the health and wellness industry.
- Comfortable to do outdoor sales and communicate with customers on one-to-one presentations.
- Self-motivated, sales oriented, with strong business acumen, able to work independently and under pressure with a positive attitude.
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license and own vehicle.
