Key Account Sales
Responsibilities
· Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
· Developing strategic account plans for key clients to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth.
· Leading sales efforts with key clients, including presenting products or services, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
· Conducting thorough needs assessments and understanding the business challenges and goals of key clients.
· Coordinating with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure seamless delivery of products or services to key clients.
· Conducting market research and analysis to identify new opportunities within existing key accounts.
· Addressing any issues or challenges that arise during the client relationship.
· Providing regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market insights to management.
· Continuously seeking ways to enhance client relationships and improve sales processes.
Requirements
· Diploma & Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field is often required.
· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in managing key accounts or strategic clients.
· Possess own transport vehicle
