Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to own and manage the relationships with the most important advertisers within our Export business. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing the long-term relationships with our top advertisers by and translating a deep understanding of the process and working of these customers and translating this knowledge into a seamless approach to deliver on their requirements and in turn, maximize revenue from these accounts.The ideal candidate will be experienced in building and maintaining excellent relationships with strategic customers. You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote advertising solutions to achieve mutual satisfaction and maximum revenue potential. A knowledge and previous experience of working with these accounts is critical.The goal is to contribute to sustaining and growing our Export business to achieve long-term success.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain long terms trusting relationships with a portfolio of top advertisers to ensure they do not churn and move to competing platforms
  • Continually acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Ensure the correct solutions are delivered to our top advertisers in a timely manner
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal Client teams
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by our top advertisers and deal with complaints in an efficient manner to maintain trust and protect revenue
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
  • Manage regular meetings our top advertisers including weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
Required Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales or any relevant field
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience as Key Account Manager
  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Outstanding ability in problem-solving and negotiation
  • Good knowledge/experience in performance marketing and SEM (Search Engine Marketing)
  • Working experience from similar tech platform or digital marketing firm.
