Job Overview
Reporting to the Head of Group Human Resource, you will be responsible for overseeing, enhancing and executing the Group’s learning and development programs, enabling a company-wide culture of continuous learning and excellence. You will also be responsible for the overall employee engagement and well-being activities within the Group.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to the specific needs of employees within the Group.
- Identify training needs through assessments and feedback mechanism to address skill gaps and promote continuous learning.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create training materials, resources and workshops that align with industry best practices and regulations.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments and performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent management framework aligned with the group's strategic goals and culture values.
- Lead initiatives focused on leadership development, high-potential identification, and succession planning across all BUs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations and advancements to incorporate relevant content into training initiatives.
- Manage training budgets, resources and schedules to deliver high-quality training programs within established timelines.
- Lead and administer the Employee Satisfaction Surveys for the Group.
- Work closely with Corporate Sustainability team to plan and organise CSR events and initiatives within the Group.
- Plan and organise activities like festive celebrations of various cultures and international events, team bonding, lunch talks and well-being initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster an inclusive work environment.
- Undertake any ad hoc projects and duties as assigned.

- Strong stand-up facilitation ability and excellent project management skills
- Ability to influence professionals of management level
- Good executor with proven track records, analytical and resourceful
- Resilient and able to cope with deadlines and changes
- Solid sense of confidentiality and discretion
- In-depth knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
- Certificate in Adult Training or ACTA certified is preferred
- At least 10 years of experience in L&D and Talent Management on Group’s level
