Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment activities to meet business needs, covering the spectrum of sourcing, posting via jobs portal, shortlisting, conducting interviews and selection of candidate for all positions.
- Ensure that all company policies and practices are current and in accordance with the latest rules and regulations of the local laws and the Singapore Employment Act.
- Liaise and work closely with MOM and other government agencies for the issuance and renewal of work and employment passes for foreign employees in a timely manner.
- Ensures accurate and timely tracking of all work pass requirements and employment contracts.
- Assist to coordinate and manage all internal and external training activities with the respective parties involved.
- Assist to conduct exit interviews, collate, generate reports for trend analysis.
- Assist with the handling of employee grievances, counsel and resolve disputes encouraging restoration where possible.
- Assist in planning and organizing recreational, motivational and team-building activities.
- Ensure all employee master records, both soft and hard copies, are updated, maintained, and filed accurately.
- Adopt an “open-door” policy to encourage employees to provide feedback in an appropriate and professional manner.
- Assist in coordination of Operations matters.
- Provide assistance and administrative support to any other projects and duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma in related discipline preferred.
- Strong knowledge of local Employment Act and a good understanding of HR policies and practices.
- High degree of professionalism and ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficiency in Times Software will be an advantage.
