Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Executive / Accountant to support financial and accounting functions in a healthcare setting. The successful candidate will play a key role in the implementation and support of national and cluster-wide financial systems, costing of services, and evaluation of capital expenditures.

Key Responsibilities



Support the implementation of the National Charging and Billing System


Assist with Cluster Clinical System Implementation and related financial workflows


Perform enhancement of current systems in response to policy changes


Manage evaluation and post-purchase reviews of Capex items


Conduct pricing and costing analysis of hospital services


Perform financial reviews, reconciliations, and reporting tasks


Handle ad hoc finance-related duties and projects as required



Requirements





Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline


At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the healthcare or public sector


Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes


Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial systems


Meticulous, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities


A team player with strong communication and coordination skills


Experience with SAP, Oracle, or hospital systems will be an advantage
