
Human Resource Officer
Job Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Staffing:
· Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and
scheduling interviews.
· Coordinate with department managers to understand staffing needs and job
requirements.
· Conduct initial interviews and participate in the selection process.
2. Employee Onboarding:
· Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing
employment documents and coordinating orientation sessions.
· Ensure new hires are properly inducted and oriented to the company culture
and policies.
3. Employee Relations and Engagement:
· Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies,
procedures, and benefits.
· Assist in resolving employee relations issues and conflicts, escalating to HR
Manager as necessary.
· Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
4. Performance Management:
· Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal
processes.
· Assist in tracking employee performance and training progress.
5. Training and Development:
· Help identify training needs and coordinate training sessions for employees.
· Maintain training records and provide feedback to employees and
management.
6. HR Administration and Compliance:
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal
information, attendance, and leave.
· Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with local labour laws and
regulations.
· Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation as needed.
7. Payroll and Benefits Administration:
· Assist in payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in timesheet submissions and
payroll calculations.
· Handle employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and other compensation
issues.
8. Policy Implementation:
· Support the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
· Assist in developing new HR policies and revising existing ones as needed.
