Job Responsibilities:
Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
Monitor and update customers on the status of their orders
Assist with order changes, cancellations, and amendments as required by the customer.
Assist with customer inquiries regarding products, services, and pricing.
Address customer complaints or issues.
Offer product suggestions based on customer needs and preferences.
Liaison with other department on orders tracking status and fulfillment details
Update and maintain accurate customer records in the system.
Keep records of customer interactions, orders, and resolutions for future reference.
Address and resolve any problems or discrepancies related to billing, product quality, service delivery or returns/exchange
Gather customer feedback to share with the management team for continuous service improvement.
Assist with administrative duties that support sales, marketing campaigns, or customer outreach efforts.

Attention to detail and good organizational skills
Ability to work in fast-pace environment
