  • Assist the sales department in their operations.
  • Facilitate coordination between customers, transporters, and warehouses.
  • Prepare necessary documentation for imports, exports, transshipments, and delivery order releases.
  • Verify all associated costs.
  • Respond to inquiries concerning rates, shipment tracking, and related issues.
  • Collaborate with oversea agents and customers to guarantee seamless shipment processes.
