Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Singapore for a Customer Service Executive. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, managing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining positive customer relationships. Daily tasks include addressing customer issues, resolving complaints, and providing detailed information about our services and processes.

Qualifications
  • Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support
  • Knowledge of Customer Service Management practices
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
