- Sales Generation & Follow-Up: Support sales initiatives by following up on trial bookings, encouraging renewals, and achieving sales targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a service-oriented or educational environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle customer interactions empathetically and efficiently.
- Organizational skills to manage bookings, schedules, and centre operations effectively.
- Proficiency in digital communication tools and CRM systems.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to promote services and drive renewals.
- Availability to work on at least one weekend day as part of a 5-day work week.
- Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
