Job Summary:

The Customer Service Officer plays a crucial role as the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a positive and seamless experience at the Company. This position involves managing client interactions, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a warm and inviting salon atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Appointment Management:
  • Efficiently schedule and coordinate salon appointments, considering stylist availability and client preferences.
  • Confirm appointments and communicate any changes or delays to clients.
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date appointment system.
  • Communication:
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly, providing clear and concise information.
  • Collaborate with salon staff to relay important information and updates to clients.
  • Handle client feedback and concerns with professionalism and tact.
  • Sales and Upselling:
  • Promote salon products and services to clients based on their needs and preferences.
  • Upsell additional services or retail products to enhance the client experience.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to implement promotions.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, such as maintaining client records and managing inventory.
  • Resolution follow-ups with accuracy & efficiency
  • Giving the utmost customer service experience by prompt arranging, consolidating, resolving ongoing disputes, complaints, bad reviews from our clients. Ensuring cases are close amicably.
  • Ensuring a pleasant customer experience
  • Efficient consistency in getting updates on customers enquiry & follow-ups
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills
  • Familiarity with customer
  • Multi-tasking skills & observant in customer satisfaction
  • Identify and assess customer’s needs in.
  • Building sustainable relationships and trusts bond with customer to retain customer through interactive and responsive conversations.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, and processing

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with salon services and products is a plus.
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
