About the Role:
To deliver exceptional customer service by effectively supporting stakeholders and external customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism, efficiency, and a customer-centric approach.
Roles and responsibilities:
Inbound Logistics & Inventory Management:
- Inspect and unpack all incoming shipments, ensuring proper storage and organization.
- Receive and verify the arrival of spare parts.
- Manage spare parts inventory, including accurate tracking, disposal of obsolete items, and achieving parts hit ratio targets.
- Oversee consumable and training parts ordered from RRC, OCAP, and FS teams.
Repair & Service Coordination:
- Register and provide quotations for repair equipment.
- Release Repair Orders upon confirmation from the end-user.
- Arrange spare parts for engineers as needed.
- Ensure timely and accurate service confirmations and repair closures.
Field Service & Loaner Management:
- Arrange reprocessing and inspection of Field Service Loaner and Demo items.
- Follow up with Domestic Field Service, OSP Regional Distributors, and Business Centers (BCs) on outstanding quotations.
- Expedite payments and issue Proforma Invoices for non-credit OSP Regional Distributors.
Logistics & Procurement:
- Pack and arrange shipments for local and overseas deliveries.
- Compliance & Documentation:
- Manage documentation related to spare parts control.
- Submit monthly additional parts cost reports to the manager.
- Continuous Improvement & Customer Support:
- Participate in improvement initiatives and projects for Customer Support.
- Enhance cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Ensure customer service operations meet all KPIs.

What we are looking for:
- Diploma in Logistics/ Supply Chain
- Experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or supply chain management.
- Knowledge of stock management systems and best practices
- Experience in Medical equipment or healthcare-related industries
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Positive attitude, detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks.
