Terms:

Full-Time position

Working Hours (5.5 days/week, Alternate Saturdays)

- Day shift: 7.30am to 4.30pm

- Night shift: 12.00pm to 9.00pm

Salary:

(Basic) $2200-$2400

- Transport allowance: $150 per month

- Shift allowance: $10 /day

Able to commit to rotating shift work

Job Scope:

- Responsible for the preparation work of invoice, order processing, delivery orders and delivery summary

- Reply and acknowledge customer enquiry, order, provide delivery summary report through email or phone call

- Check GRN (Goods Received Notice)

- Do closing for all D/O

- Prepare and perform inbound, outbound and inventory reports

- Manage trucking container/shipping instructions for warehouse with Freight team

- Daily filing

- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by manager

Candidate requirements:

- Computer literate

- Must possess at least a Secondary School ‘N’ level/Higher academic in any field

- Fluent in English

- Able to perform well in fast-paced environments

Other information:

- Overtime claimable, cap at 72hrs per month
