
Customer Service Officer
Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, or via Zendesk.
- Answer queries regarding products or services and provide accurate information about service options.
- Process service requests and schedule appointments based on customer needs.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Service Coordination:
- Communicate with technicians and other service staff to ensure timely service delivery.
- Ensure that service records are updated and maintained accurately.
- Monitor the progress of ongoing service requests and provide customers with status updates as needed.
- Coordinate and arrange shipments for products that required for servicing.
- Ensure that all shipments are processed accurately and delivered on time.
- Work with logistics and shipping partners to track and resolve any shipment-related issues.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Record and maintain customer service data and transaction details.
- Prepare reports on service activities, customer feedback, and overall performance for management review.
- Process service orders, invoices, and payment transactions accurately.
Inventory Management:
- Assist with inventory management and ensure that all required parts, tools, and materials are available for service operations.
- Maintain an organized service area, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
- Work closely with other service centre staff, technicians, and management to ensure the smooth operation of the service centre.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for service improvement.
Requirements:
• Minimum GCE 'O' Level/ Diploma
• At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in related field.
• Team player with a positive work attitude, meticulous and able to work independently
• Must be able to read and understand Chinese
• Proficient in MS Word & Excel
• Entry level with the right attitude are welcome
You are required to work 2 Saturdays per month (9:30am am to 12:30 pm)
Working hours: 9:30am to 6:00pm
