Job Description
- Provide general administrative and clerical duties to lab and sales team.
- Filing and providing administrative support such as generating quotations advised by sales team, arranging sample collections/return, coordinating with customers/lab/sales team on the delivery date of the job, paperwork for lab jobs such as sample documentation, lab reports, etc.
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint
- Entry level/Secondary School/O-Level/Nitec/A Level/Diploma
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team player with positive work attitude.
- Training will be provided.
