We are looking for a dynamic individual who can support company administrative activities and grow with the company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for order processing, generating and sending all customer invoices.
- Maintain office operations, including handling correspondences, phone calls, walk-in general inquiries and general office support.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date record keeping and filing systems.
- Handle sales administrative duties including filing
- Attend and provide support in administrative duties for the Finance Team and Sales Team
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Computer literature (Microsoft office – Words, Excel, Outlook and best with SAP accounting knowledge)
- Required Skill(s): Communications, Patience, Willing to learn
- Candidate must be able to start work immediately
