We are looking for a dynamic individual who can support company administrative activities and grow with the company.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for order processing, generating and sending all customer invoices.
  • Maintain office operations, including handling correspondences, phone calls, walk-in general inquiries and general office support.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date record keeping and filing systems.
  • Handle sales administrative duties including filing
  • Attend and provide support in administrative duties for the Finance Team and Sales Team
  • Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Computer literature (Microsoft office – Words, Excel, Outlook and best with SAP accounting knowledge)
  • Required Skill(s): Communications, Patience, Willing to learn
  • Candidate must be able to start work immediately
